Florida’s Rural Health Networks were established under Statute 381.0406 in 1993 to improve integration of health care services in rural communities and to improve access for rural residents. Nine Rural Health Networks were established in the state.

Collier County Rural Health Network, Inc. (“CCRHN”) was established in 1995 as a not-for-profit Florida Corporation designed to manage and operate a rural health network of healthcare providers in Collier County. CCRHN provides the legal structure consisting of a broad spectrum of professionals committed to identifying innovative ways to ensure the delivery of a continuum of quality health care for those in rural communities.
What We Do
CCRHN is an indirect service provider that ensures quality healthcare is accessible and efficiently delivered to those we serve. To accomplish its mission, CCRHN partners primarily with Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida and a variety of other local service providers to reduce costs and avoid duplication of services.
