Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida offers many wonderful programs to help support a healthier community. Funding for these programs would not be possible
without the generous support from individuals and local businesses.

Healthcare Network's integrated behavioral health initiative helps ensure that we are treating the whole patient - in both body and mind. Integrated mental health screenings are offered across all our service areas. Integrated behavioral health and primary care is one of the most effective approaches to caring for people with multiple healthcare needs.
We continue to grow to meet the healthcare needs of our community. Over the years, we have identified parts of Collier County that are underserved and responded by building facilities in order to make healthcare accessible to those in need. Healthcare Network is also committed to keeping our existing sites in good condition with high quality medical equipment and technology.
Future READiness is a program that was designed based on the national Reach Out and Read model. Statistics show that early childhood literacy and exposure to books can put children at a significant advantage when they enter kindergarten. To ensure that we are reaching as many children and parents as possible, we implemented an early childhood literacy program at our pediatric dental sites and our women's sites.
The Guardian Angel Fund is a program that provides financial assistance to children who are Healthcare Network patients in need of care from our providers or follow up care from a specialist for services not offered through Healthcare Network.
The Health and Smiles Mobile provides dental care to adults living in Collier County. Many of the patients we see on the mobile unit face physical mobility issues, transportation conflicts, child care issues or they are not afforded adequate time away from work to visit the dentist.
The Annual Fund ensures that we are able to continue offering essential programs and services to everyone that counts on us to serve their healthcare needs. The Healthcare Network Annual Fund is unrestricted and donations will be used in the area of most need.
Reach Out and Read is a national program that provides young children a foundation for academic success by incorporating books into pediatric care and encouraging families to read aloud together. Healthcare Network is the only provider in Collier County that participates in this national program.
The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is a mobile pediatric office that travels to schools, community centers and neighborhoods to deliver dental care and medical screenings to thousands of underserved children. The Care Mobile eliminates many of the barriers that underserved families face in accessing healthcare services while raising awareness for healthy lifestyles and reducing reliance on emergency rooms for care.
The Sister Veronica Fund is a program that provides financial assistance to adults who are Healthcare Network patients in need of care from our providers or follow up care from a specialist for services not offered through Healthcare Network. The fund supports these patients with the cost of care, additional tests, prescription medicines, or transportation to and from appointments.
Ensure a healthy start for our youngest population by donating new baby care items to the Nook during our April Showers event. Project Nook is a collaboration with the Department of Health-Collier. The program is designed to promote prenatal care and encourage healthy behaviors for at risk mothers during pregnancy through incentives and education. Participating moms earn points that may be redeemed in the Nook, a closet filled with baby care and maternity items.
