Board Secretary Tijuanna Clemons has been employed with Redlands Christian Migrant Association since 2002. She is a Regional Health Specialist who has served the migrant farm worker and working poor communities of Collier, Glades, Hendry, Lee, and Palm Beach counties. Prior to joining the RCMA team, Tijuanna attended Florida A&M University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management and her Master of Public Health degree with an Environmental & Occupational Health focus. Tijuanna is passionate about fighting to close the gap on health disparities affecting the communities served; and believes the solution lies in education and access. She is a member of several advisory boards, including Collier County Rural Health Network, and counts it an honor to partner with community agencies having similar interests and visions.
