Background/Experience. Olga N. Hernandez is the Executive Director of Immokalee Multicultural Multipurpose Community Action Agency (IMMCAA), a position she has held for the past seven years. Prior to IMMCAA, she served as the Deputy Director of Redlands Christian Migrant Association for almost 30 years.A Texas native, Ms. Hernandez came to Immokalee in 1962 with her parents and four siblings. She graduated from Immokalee High School in 1970 and received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2001.As an active member of Felda Baptist Church, Ms. Hernandez lives her belief in the Lord every day. “Inasmuch as ye have done it unto the least of these my brethren ye have done it unto me” is one of her favorite Bible verses.
