Maria Ramos announced as new Vice President of Human Resources

Maria Ramos has been named as the new Vice President of Human Resources, effective May 26, 2015.  As most of you probably know, Maria previously served as the Interim Vice President of Human Resources and as the Human Resources Specialist for HCN prior to that.  After serving as Interim Vice President of Human Resources for nearly four months, the executive team was unanimous in naming Mrs. Ramos to this role, noting her expertise and dedication to our Healthcare Network family.maria2 “The biggest thing that I share with our staff and continue to support is the fact that I do not come to work to work, I come to work to serve. The work that this organization provides is vital to the strength of our community and I am so grateful to be able to serve this organization in an expanded capacity,“ Maria mentioned when asked about her new role. Prior to joining HCN in the Spring of 2014, Maria spent over fifteen years in Human Resources focusing on management in both the service and construction industries. Throughout her career she has given back to the community through volunteering with the Council of Hispanic Business Professionals and the Living World Family Church. Local leadership is very important to Maria as she sits on the Board of Directors of the Leadership Collier Foundation and as the current President Elect of HR Collier.
