Community support at all levels is important for the Healthcare Network to provide primary medical and dental care to the underserved in our community. If unrestricted, your gift will be used where the need is greatest as determined by the Healthcare Network Board and Management.

Your gift may also be designated for a specific program such as the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile®.

Gift of Securities

If you would like to make a gift of securities to the Healthcare Network, please contact the Healthcare Network Foundation (239) 658-3111 with donor information, the security to be donated, number of shares, and when you intend to make the gift. If you have held the security for over a year and its value has appreciated, there can be significant tax advantages to you.

Matching Gifts

Many employers offer opportunities to match the charitable gifts of their employees and retirees, and these matching gifts can greatly enhance the support you offer the Healthcare Network.

Planned Gift

Planned gifts can provide significant support to the Healthcare Network for generations to come while offering you and your loved ones tax benefits. Popular planned gift vehicles include naming the Healthcare Network as a beneficiary in your will, retirement plan or insurance policy. Sample bequest language: “I give, devise, and bequeath to the Healthcare Network Foundation, a Florida charitable corporation, the sum of $________ (or a description of the specific asset), for the benefit of the Healthcare Network for its general purposes.” Please speak with your financial advisor about the tax advantages of a planned gift and whether it fits your financial situation. Make a Tribute Gift

Gifts can be made in memory or honor of a friend or loved one. The Healthcare Network will send the individual or family a notice that you have made a gift in their name, but we will not disclose the amount of the gift.
