The Healthcare Network will need your vaccination record. The organization is required to have this on file prior to having volunteers at any of our locations.

Vaccines needed:

• Measles
• Mumps
• Rubella
• Varicella
• Pertussis
• PPD (skin test for Tuberculosis, required annually for health care workers)
• Hepatitis B (for those doing direct patient care)

There will also be a one hour annual OSHA training requirement for those volunteering in a clinical area. Volunteers holding a professional health care license and wishing to work with patients will need to provide a valid Florida professional license, and other credentials.
